Coaching:

Life coaching is a gift I’ve possessed for several years.  From friends to strangers, I’ve always been a magnet for attracting people to share their personal stories.  Initially, I was ashamed, embarrassed and felt alone as I was going through my life challenges, but then realized I wasn’t.  After conversing with other women, I felt normal because other women were facing similar situations.

After overcoming my challenges and setbacks, I told myself, I must act and use my personal experiences to help other women find their inner power to thrive again.  Coaching others has inspired me to lend my services to women who are/were struggling like myself.  I can say that coaching energized me to not be ashamed of my story, but in fact own it and share it.  I want to use my personal journey to motivate, empower and encourage women to find their Power Within and live their best life.
